These terms govern your use of the Rozza Agency website and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging Rozza Agency for a project, you agree to the terms set out below.
Services
Rozza Agency provides branding, graphic design, 3D design and visualization, digital art, motion graphics, digital marketing, interior design, website design and development, printing, training, and consultancy services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of every engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotations and payment
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Projects normally begin after an agreed deposit is received.
- Remaining balances are due on delivery, or according to the milestone schedule agreed in the proposal.
- Prices exclude third-party costs such as printing, hosting, domains, stock assets, licences, and paid media budgets unless explicitly included.
Revisions and approvals
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in the proposal. Additional rounds, or changes to a direction already approved in writing, may be quoted separately. Written approval of a deliverable is treated as final sign-off for that stage.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client once the project has been paid in full, regardless of the tools used in their production. Rozza Agency retains ownership of concepts, drafts, and working files not selected for delivery, together with the right to display completed work in its portfolio, profile, and social channels unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, approvals, and feedback within the agreed schedule, and for confirming that any material supplied to Rozza Agency does not infringe the rights of a third party.
Timelines and delays
We commit to the timeline agreed at the start of a project. Delays caused by late feedback, late content, or circumstances outside our reasonable control — including infrastructure interruptions — may shift delivery dates accordingly.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable, and any deposit covering that work is non-refundable.
Liability
Rozza Agency delivers work to a professional standard but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of deliverables, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to work commissioned after the date of publication.
