Rozza Agency was founded in 2014 with a clear ambition: to help ideas become visible, valuable, and memorable. What began as a graphic design company has evolved into an integrated creative agency serving startups, established businesses, institutions, and entrepreneurs across different markets.
Today, our capabilities span branding, graphic design, 3D, digital art, motion graphics, digital marketing, interior design, website development, printing, training, and consultancy. This mix allows us to look beyond isolated deliverables and build connected experiences that work across print, digital platforms, physical spaces, and campaigns.
In 2025 we made the most important decision in our history since founding: we rebuilt the way we work around AI. Not to replace our people, but to give them superpowers. Today, every Rozza specialist works alongside AI tools that accelerate research, exploration, production, and quality control. We deliver more, faster, and at a quality and price that would have been impossible two years ago.

Founder & CEO
Rozan Waseem Khazendar is the Founder and CEO of Rozza Agency and the Palestine Butterflies platform. A computer science graduate, entrepreneur, designer, trainer, and mentor, she has built a career around creative business development and the empowerment of women and young professionals. Her journey includes establishing Rozza in 2014, expanding its services and product lines, participating in international programs in the United States, Jordan, and Japan, leading the agency's transformation into an AI-augmented creative partner, and contributing to initiatives that connect creativity with economic and social opportunity.
