We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver an agreed project, and keep the necessary records for that work. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We process enquiry data because you have asked us to respond to you, and project data because it is necessary to perform the agreement between us.

Rozza Agency uses artificial intelligence tools to support research, design, development, content production, and analysis. We use these tools under business-grade privacy settings. We do not upload confidential client material to third-party AI services without agreement, and client data is never used to train public AI models. Final deliverables are reviewed and approved by Rozza specialists.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, portfolio, and support purposes.
